DocTrust Paralegal Service was founded with a single purpose: to make legal document processes accessible and understandable for everyday people. We are a paralegal service — not a law firm — and we operate strictly within the authorized scope of Alberta paralegal practice as guided by the Alberta Paralegal Code of Conduct.
We do not provide legal advice, represent clients in court, or perform services reserved for lawyers under the Legal Profession Act. When your matter requires a lawyer, we will tell you clearly and refer you to qualified legal counsel. Our commitment is to serve you honestly, competently, and within our authorized scope.
